Patterson Zoning Administrator County of Albemarle Department of Zoning 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22901-4596 Dear Ms. Patterson: Attached is a variance application requesting relief from the appropriate zoning ordinance so we can install several modular offices at the Sperry Marine facility. These are required to meet our growing space needs until a permanent building expansion can be built. Most of the employees who will occupy these offices are now in rented space of which the lease expires August 31, 1990. After our conversation several days ago, I am concerned since I honestly did not realize it might take two months to get this variance. I am requesting any special consideration available to move this request through quickly. Your help will be greatly appreciated as we need time to procure and install these office before the above mentioned lease expires. Find attached a check for $65.00 covering the variance fee.
