Wil•1'Book 32, page 213, to her children, W. A. Brown, Georgiana L. Miller,
Mary A. Petrie, Millie A. McAllister, Addie C. McAllister and Josephine N.
McAllister, the interest of the said W. A. Brown having been conveyed to the
said Josephine N. McAllister by deed dated April 18, 1914, recorded in said
Clerk's Office in Deed Book 156, page 28, the interest of Georgiana L. Miller
having been conveyed to the said Josephine N. McAllister by deed dated April
18, 1914, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 156, page 26, the
interest of said Mary A. Petrie having been conveyed to the said Josephine N.
McAllister by deed dated January 10, 1914, recorded in said Clerk's Office
in Deed Book 156, page 27, the interest of Millie A. McAllister having been
conveyed to the said Josephine N. McAllister by deed dated December 20,1913

Josephine N. McAllister became the owner of all the interests in said tract,
and which tract passed under the will of the said Josephine N. McAllister,
which is dated July 18, 1928, and is recorded in said Clerk's Office in Will
Book 36, page 243, to her husband, the said E. D. McAllister.
Said tract, as conveyed and acquired by the said Josephine
N. McAllister, contained 185 1/4 acres, more or less, from which were conveyed
by said Josephine N. McAllister a tract of 12 acres to S. G. Wood by deed
dated January 4, 1919, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 169, page
132, and a tract containing 53 acres, more or less to W. M. McAllister and
D. H. Cromer, by deed dated September 17, 1914, recorded in said Clerk's Office
in Deed Book 170, page 157, so that said tract hereby conveyed contains at
this time 120 1/4 acres, more or less.
This conveyance is subject to rights of Eldridge Jones and
of Henry McAllister and John Garrison as tenants of cleared land and pasturage
which expire December 31, 1943.
But this conveyance is subject to rights reserved in a burial
ground located thereon containing approximately 1/4 acre as mentioned in said
deeds above mentioned and subject to a right of way as mentioned in a deed- --
from J. A. Early, Commissioner, to Mary J. Brown, dated June 21, 1883, re-

corded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 83, page 254.
• Subject to said rights in said graveyard and to said right of way
the said party of the first part covenants that he is seised in fee simple
of said land hereby conveyed and has good right to convey the same; that he
has done no act to encumber said land; that the grantee shall have quiet
possession of said land free from all encumbrances, and that he, the party
of the first part will execute such other and further assurances thereof as
may be requisite. •
