This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Fisco Oil Co. , Inc. property described as Tax Map 78, Parcel 14A,
Zoned HC, Highway Commercial, has made application for VA-90-51,
requesting relief from Section 21.7. 1 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance from Section 21.7 . 1 to reduce the
setback for a new canopy with signage, from 30 feet to 25
feet from the right-of-way and 17 feet from the new right-
of-way.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 14, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
