This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Richard Sorensen (owner) , property described as Tax Map 14 , Parcel
40B, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, has made application for VA-90-54,
requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 to reduce the
front yard setback requirements for a detached garage from
75 feet to 39 feet, a variance of 36 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 14 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
