This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Shenandoah's Pride Dairy property described as Tax Map 77, Parcel
11D1, Zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, has made application
for VA-90-56, requesting relief from Section 4 . 15. 3 . 5 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance from Section 4 . 15. 3 . 5 to increase
the sign area for two wall signs from 20 square feet to 84
square feet total.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 21, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,

Virginia.
