This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Farmer, Cox, Huff Associates Partnership (owners) , Adams and Garth
Temporaries (applicant) property described as Tax Map 61W, Parcel
02-05, Zoned C-1, Commercial, has made application for VA-90-57,
requesting relief from Section 21.7 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance from Section 21.7 to allow a free-
standing business sign to be located 6 feet from the right-of-
way, a variance of 24 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 21, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
