This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
J. F. August and Virginia B. Lorber (owners) , property described
as Tax Map 58C, Parcel 01-49, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, has made
application for VA-90-65, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance of Section 10.4 to reduce the
side yard setback from 25 to 19 feet for an existing
structure to remain as built and to further reduce the side
yard setbacks from 25 to 15 feet for a proposed addition.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 16, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,

To Whom It May Concern:
We, John and Marilyn Helleberg, have met with Gus Lorber and have seen
the plans for the Lorber's proposed addition. We have no objection to the
construction of an addition over the existing 10 X 30 foot slab, which ex-
tends from the rear of their home toward our property.
The proposed addition will not infringe upon the property line and
will most likely enhance both of our properties.
