This letter is to inform you that your variance application,
VA-90-70, will be heard during the public hearing by the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals on November 13 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. ,
in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401
McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Enclosed please find two placards which should be posted on the
subject property as soon as possible so as to be visible from the
public road.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Westminister Canterbury of the Blue Ridge (owners) , Architectural
Graphics (applicant) , property described as Tax Map 78, Parcel
55A6, Zoned PRD, Planned Residential Development, has made
application for VA-90-70, requesting relief from Section 4 . 15. 3 . 5
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant requests a variance to increase the size of 2
directional signs from 4 square feet each to 25 square
feet each and to incease the area of 3 additional directional
signs from 4 square feet each to 9 sqaure feet each, a total
variance of 57 square feet for five directional signs.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 13 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
