Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Wayne and Linda Sprouse (owners) , property described as Tax Map
94A, Parcel B14, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, has made application for
VA-90-71, requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant requests a 60 foot variance for a garage to
be built 15 feet from the right-of-way of Route 616
and a 28 foot variance for same to be located 47 feet
from the right-of-way of Route 64 east.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 13 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.

This letter is to inform you that your variance application,
VA-90-71, will be heard during the public hearing by the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals on November 13 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. ,
in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401
McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Enclosed please find three placards which should be posted on the
subject property as soon as possible so as to be visible from each
of the public roads.
