Dear Joe ;
This letter is your personal authorization for a temporary
right of way to traverse the above referenced property for the
purpose of hauling fill dirt . The temporary right of way will be
limited to the eastern edge of the property closest to and facing •
route 29 north; it will extend back forty feet ( 40 ' ) from the
property line . The Team Tire entryway is not a part of this
authorization and is not to be used for access , parking , loading
or unloading , etc .
It is agreed that no fill dirt be removed from said property
and that any trees , vegetation , or debris that are cleared for
access will be removed from the property at the time of
clearing . It is also agreed that any permits that may be re-
quired by the County of Albemarle be obtained by the contractor .
It is further agreed that the cleared area be protected from
erosion using grass seed and straw acceptable to the County of
Albemarle when the site has been filled or this authorization
expires , whichever comes first .
This authorization for a temporary right of way will expire
on 31 March 1991 .
