This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
J. & F. Eckman, Inc. , (owner) T/A Sarge's Trading Post, Ltd. ,
property described as Tax Map 87B, Parcel 4, Zoned RA, Rural
Areas, has made application for VA-90-76, requesting relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant requests a 74 foot variance for a canopy to be
erected 1 foot from the right-of-way of Route 29 North and
and Route 710. Applicant also requests a 75 foot variance
for an canopy to extend over an access easement.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 20, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
