[General Comment] The labels for the adjacent properties are all the same, stating the same information for each different parcel. Provide the correct information for each of the adjacent properties. Comment addressed. 2. [14-302(A)3] Provide the width of the right-of-way of Beaverdam Road. Comment addressed. 3. [14-302(A)4; 14-302(A)5] Provide the dimensions of the access easement that serves TMP81- 18; identify the easement as public or private; and identify whether it is a private street, shared driveway, or some other type of access easement. Comment addressed. 4. [14-302(A)10] Revise the development rights note to indicate how many development rights each parcel has available and whether any are being transferred with this boundary line adjustment. Use the following language: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may/may not be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than [number] acres. The residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres." Comment not fully addressed. TMP 81-18 has only three (3) development rights remaining, as described on the plat in Deed Book 1625, page 60. Revise the second sentence of note #17 to state the following: "Revised TMP 81-18 is assigned three development rights and may be further divided. In accordance with Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance Section 10.3.1, the three rights remaining with Parcel 18, if used, cannot, in the aggregate, contain over 10.068 acres and must be within the 1980 boundaries of Parcel 18." 5. [14-303(E)] Identify the type of access easement for the access that serves TMP 81-18. Comment addressed. 6. [General Comment] Identify the distance from the property line to the shed shown on TMP 81-19 to ensure that setback requirements can be met. Comment addressed. 7. [General Comment] There appear to be additional structures, including dwelling units, and driveways on these parcels that are not depicted on the plat. Comment addressed. 8. [General Comment] What is the item labelled "UP" in the southeastern corner of TMP 81-19? This abbreviation does not appear in the legend for the plat? Comment addressed.
