The side of the house in question is the garage. It was an oversight by me in laying out the house, however it was inspected and approved by the county. It would place a real hardship on me not to get this variance as the house is under roof and about 70% complete. I have contacted the Dwners of the two parcels that have a right to the Right of Way (T.M. 29/31 B and C) . They indicated they did not want to change the Right Of Way, but they had no problem with the variance. If I may be of any other assistance please contact me at the above number.
