40C1, Zoned Highway Commercial, has made application for VA-90-82,
requesting relief from Section 4 . 12 . 6. 6. 2 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance to reduce parking requirements for
proposed rezoning to Planned Development Shopping Center from
192 to 157 spaces.
