application for VA-90-84, requesting relief from Section 30. 6.5. 2
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variances to 1) reduce front setback from 30 to
10 feet from Rt 29N right-of-way 2) to allow double face sign 3)
to increase area of freestanding signs from 18 to 65 square
feet, and 4) to increase number of freestanding signs from 1 to
3 .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
January 08, 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
