VA-90-86, requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance to reduce front setback from an
existing building to a proposed subdivision road, from 75
to 0 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
