Clayton and Joyce Wood (owners) , property described as Tax Map 30,
Parcel 22E, Zoned RA, Rural Area, has made application for
VA-91-01, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the side setback from
25 to 19 feet for addition to a house.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
