I `VE ENCLOSED TWO ( 2 ) SETS OF PLANS ON A LARGER SCALE FOR YOUR USE . ALSO, I HAD GONE OVER THIS CONCEPT WITH BILL FRITZ IN PLANNING ON NOVEMBER 19 . HE MENTIONED THEN THAT THE CONCEPT WAS OK, BUT PERHAPS THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD WOULD BE THE MOST APPROPRIATE PLACE FOR DISCUSSION BECAUSE OF SOME NEW ENTRANCE CORRIDOR (EC) REQUIREMENTS. OUR REASON FOR THE REQUEST SIMPLY HAS TO DO WITH TRAFFIC FLOW, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAFETY . WE ARE DOING NEARLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF BUSINESS AT GREENBRIER THAT WE DO AT OUR PANTOPS LOCATION . . . AND WE ARE DOING IT WITH ONE GASOLINE ISLAND INSTEAD OF TWO. ADDING THE SECOND ISLAND WILL ALLOW THE CUSTOMERS TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHOICE AND TO RELIEVE CONGESTION AND CONFUSION . WE ARE PROPOSING TO ADD GASOLINE PUMPS ONLY . . . THERE WILL BE NO CANOPY OR OTHER CHANGES TO THE PROPERTY . IN FACT , WE ARE REPLACING AN ISLAND THAT WAS ORIGINALLY ON THE PROPERTY, BUT WE REMOVED IT WHEN WE REMODELED AS A CONVENIENCE STORE . ANY IMPROVEMENTS WE MAKE, WE WILL REMOVE AT OUR EXPENSE WHEN 29 BASE CASE IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE . THIS ADDITIONAL ISLAND IS REALLY TEMPORARY IN NATURE SINCE WE PLAN TO COMPLETELY REMODEL THIS LOCATION WHILE THOSE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ARE BEING MADE.
