VA-91-15, will be heard during the public hearing by the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals on May 14 , 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in
Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor, County Office Building, 401

County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant proposes two wall signs of the same size,
total of 153 square feet. This involves variances of 1)
underlying district to increase aggregate area from 100
to 153 square feet; and entrance corridor for 2) increase
aggregate area from 50 to 153 square feet; 3) increase
area per sign face from 35 to 76 . 5 square feet; and 4)
increase number from one to two signs per highway frontage.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 14 , 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
