This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Stanley and Harlene Sodomka (owners) , property described as Tax

for VA-91-24 , requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front setback from
a right-of-way from 75 to 50 feet for construction of a garage.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
