This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Dr. Peyton and Janet Weary (owners) , property described as Tax Map
60B, Parcel B6, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, has made application for
VA-91-29, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front setback from
Magnolia Drive right-of-way from 75 to 55 feet for construction
of a pool.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 09, 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the

Association have been informed by the appellants of their intention
to construct a swimming pool on their property which would require
a variance in zoning because of proximity to the road.
We have reviewed the proposed location of the pool and hereby
indicate that we have no objection to the issuance of a variance
to permit construction of the pool.
