It is our feeling that if a house were constructed on the existing foundation that the finished house appearance would be totally out of character for the subdivision. The front setback for the majority of the homes in the subdivision is such greater than 50 feet. If a house were built 40 feet from the Marshall Court Road right-of-way on Lot 33, it would stick out like a "sore thumb" in the neighborhood. It is our feeling that it would decrease the property values for the other homes in the subdivision, especially the homes located on Marshall Court. We cherish the aesthetic character of the subdivision, and the minimum home size and setback restrictions were very important to us when we chose Marshall Manor as our home. We urge you to consider our feelings when you make your decision. Sincerely, hh LA'& 13 Iq 3 1 r- q Sf L% Gttie_,,r- vL4uaLc.
