Dear Jim,
This serves to acknowledge our discussion on August 12, 1991
concerning the above mentioned property owned by Jerry W. & Penni
Sue Wright. It is my opinion that the home as shown on the
physical survey dated December 22, 1983 and revised July 24, 1991
of tax map 69, parcel 54B meets the intent of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance. On July 14, 1981 the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Albemarle County granted a variance reducing the scenic setback
requirement for parcel 54B of tax map 69.
