Beulah W. Watkins (owner) , Abraham L. Watkins (applicant) ,
property described as Tax Map 111, Parcel 58, Zoned RA, Rural
Areas, has made application for VA-91-36, requesting relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance to reduce the front yard setback from
75 to 63 feet, to allow a mobile home to receive an occupancy
certificate to remain as built.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 10, 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
