Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Martha R. Smith (owner), property described as Tax Map 66, Parcel
31, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, has made application for VA-91-38,
requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance to reduce the front yard setback
from 75 to 50 feet from Route 22, to allow a garage addition
to an existing well pump house.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 10, 1991, at 3:00 p.m., in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
