BRANHAM DATE: NOVEMBER 12, 1991 RE: HARRIS PROPERTY TAX MAP 8 PARCEL 35A THE ZONING DEPARTMENT'S CONCERN FOR A SUBDIVISION PLAT AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL IS A VALID POINT. WE WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES. FIRST, REGARDING THE SUBDIVISION PLAT, THE HARRIS FAMILY IS WILLING TO HAVE A PHYSICAL SURVEY DONE. THIS WAS NOT FURNISHED TODAY DUE TO FINANCIAL REASONS, WE FELT IT WOULD BE MONEY WASTED ( $1000 UNLESS YOU WOULD APPROVE THIS SUBDIVISION. SECOND, CONCERNING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S APPROVAL OF A BACK UP SEPTIC SYSTEM. WE ASK FOR THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT A NEW SURVEY PLAT AND A SOIL REPORT WOULD NEED TO BE FURNISHED BEFORE THEY COULD INSPECT THE PROPERTY. IN CONCLUSION, WE ARE WILLING TO HAVE A NEW SURVEY COMPLETED AND HAVE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECT THE PROPERTY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO GRANT THE VARIANCE CONDITIONED UPON SUCH. THIS APPROVAL WOULD GREATLY RELIEVE ONE HARDSHIP THE HARRIS FAMILY IS FACING.
