Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Hamilton and Juanita Pace (owners) , property described as Tax Map
63, Parcel 45F, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, have made application for
VA-91-48, requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks variance of 9 feet to convert stable to
dwelling unit 16 feet from side property line.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 12 , 1991, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
