Dear Ms. Patterson:
Thank you for your letter of October 8th informing me of the process that
must be followed in order to proceed with my plans of modifying the existing
building on Lot 23.
The existing building I wish to remodel into a cottage was initially built
thirty-two years ago and was used as a horse barn. Atter I sold my horses. I
used it for a workshop and now is serves as a storage building.
Now that I have retired from construction work as a job superintendent
and have the time, I would like to remodel the building so that my son can live
close to me.
Thank you for this consideration as I look forward to hearing from you
soon.
