Dear Mr. Wassenaar,
The above mentioned variance application has been deferred
indefinitely by the Zoning Department. The application cannot be
placed on a monthly agenda until the following has been received by
this department:
1. Complete scaled drawings of proposed signs including colors,
type of print, aggregate sign area, location of signs on
building, location on modification, if any to the existing
freestanding sign.
2. Letter of authorization or owner's signature on application.
3 . Approved/recorded plat of property or site plan.
The next filing deadline is March 9th to be heard by the board on
April 14th. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
