requesting relief from Section 30.5.2 .2 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front setback
on a scenic highway from 150 to 50 feet for the location
of a freestanding sign.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
March 10, 1992, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
