This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
The Gardens Partnership, L. P. (owners) , property described as Tax
Map 45, Parcel 104B, Zoned C-1, Commercial in an Entrance Corridor
Overlay Distrist, has made application for VA-92-10, requesting
relief from Sections 30. 6.5. 2 and 4. 15.3 . 6 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Applicant requests sign variances to amend the prior
variance, VA-90-15 to 1) reduce the setback from 30 to
25 feet, and increase the size from 18 to 32 square feet,
for the location of a freestanding sign at the entrance
to name the development; and 2) increase the size from 110
to 160 square feet for the location of wall signs.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
April 14, 1992, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
