Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Delores M. Morris (owners) , property described as Tax Map 33 ,
Parcel 38K, Zoned Rural Areas, has made application for VA-92-18,
requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
Variance to reduce the side setback from 25 to 16 feet for
construction of a kitchen expansion and attached garage.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 14, 1992, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.

VA-92-18, will be heard during the public hearing by the Albemarle

To Whom it may concern:
We are the property owners directly to the east of Ms. Delores Morris at
4335 McClary Ct..
We understand that Ms. Morris would like to add a garage that will
extend into the 25' easement area. We do not feel that this will cause
any aesthetic problems in the area and would in fact be a nice addition
to the property.

another statement.

To whom it may concern:
As the property owners west of Dolores Morris's property, we are in support of a
zoning variance allowing her to build an attached garage closer than 25 feet to her property
line. Our house was also built on the extreme western portion of our lot, and the piece of
property in question is not even visible from our house. It would in no way interfere with
the use or safety of our land or the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
