Charlottesville, Virginia 22901 To Whom it may concern: We are the property owners directly to the east of Ms. Delores Morris at 4335 McClary Ct.. We understand that Ms. Morris would like to add a garage that will extend into the 25' easement area. We do not feel that this will cause any aesthetic problems in the area and would in fact be a nice addition to the property. Kevin Dean 4315 McClary Court Charlottesville, VA 22901 (804) 973-3154 June 6, 1992 To whom it may concern: As the property owners west of Dolores Morris's property, we are in support of a zoning variance allowing her to build an attached garage closer than 25 feet to her property line. Our house was also built on the extreme western portion of our lot, and the piece of property in question is not even visible from our house.
