This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Covenant Church of God (owners) , property described as Tax Map 46,
Parcels 22, 22D, and 26C1, Zoned Rural Areas, has made application
for VA-92-21, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
Variance to increase height of church from maximum
allowed 35 to 46 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
July 14, 1992, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
