Kelsey, PE - Civil Engineer �(J DATE: April 1, 1993 lJ� RE: Mark's Market - TM 139A, Parcel 12B Mr. Mark Deaton has proposed to install above ground tanks for the storage and dispensing of gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene at his market on ST. Rt. 626. The plat\plan prepared by Roger Ray references a 100 year floodplain elevation of 321.5. This elevation corresponds to the Flood Insurance Rate Maps of Albemarle County. The plan also shows the proposed tank location to lie outside of the limits of the 100 year floodplain. This was verified by our site visit. Therefore, all of the Engineering Departments concerns have been addressed and I recommend approval.
