As you know, your facility does not currently meet the image standards necessary to be branded CITGO. I understand, however, that you will be putting in a totally new gasoline installation that will include new tanks, new island, new Gilbarco MPD dispensers (2), and a canopy measuring 24'x36'x36" (h). This will certainly be a big improvement over your present facility, and will be much more attractive. A canopy is now required on all CITGO branded outlets due to the more pleasing aesthetics, customer appeal, and the national recognition of a uniform image.
