RE: ARB-2019-76: Polly's Folly (TMP 08700-00-00-02600)
Dear Ms. Doig,
I've reviewed the information recently submitted for the above -referenced application. This
information resolves the outstanding conditions of ARB approval. You may consider this letter
your Certificate of Appropriatenes.
This approval is specifically conditioned on the following:
1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials,
samples, and other submittal items presented.
2. Mechanical equipment must not be visible from the Entrance Corridor.
3. The porch must be constructed with exposed rafters.
4. The vent in the street -facing gable must be retained.
5. Hardi corner pieces must be used to create the appearance of woven corners.
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site
plan is valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of
Appropriateness is valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of
validity must do so in writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior
to the expiration date
