The VSMP plan calls for 2.59 acres of forest and open space and only 2.50 acres are shown. Please revise or have the engineer submit revised calculations. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed, the VSMP has been updated to the 2.65 Acres. 2. On note 10, add "Further restrictions apply to areas within the WPO buffer." (Rev. 1) Comment addressed 3. The Deed of Dedication is attached to this email and will need to be completed by the owner. (Rev. 1) The completed deed will need to be routed back to the County for review by the CAO. The 8/13/19 revision date on the plat can be used in the deed, as the plat should not have to revised anymore. Planning — Tori Kanellopoulos 1. Fees: It appears the fee that was paid was for 'easement with site plan', however there does not appear to be a site plan associated with this development. Should be easement with deed or easement without deed fee - defer to Engineering on whether deed is required. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed 2. Defer to Engineering: All deeds and agreements for the easements must be completed prior to plat approval. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed 3. 14-302(A)(3): Include the ROW for the existing streets. May be "variable ROW" or a specific number. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed 4. 14-302(B)(9)(10): Please label the two dotted grey lines on Sheet 2 on the north side of the parcel. One appears to be the stream buffer and one appears to be the flood hazard overlay.
