The following revisions are requested to make the proposal consistent with the Entrance Corridor Sign Guidelines. 1. There is a comprehensive sign plan for this shopping center/parcel. See the attached document. The sign must meet the specified parameters. 2. Revise the sign plan to specify that the "Pill box"/Cabinet portion of the sign is also channel letters. With the exception of the small logo (that is proposed in the middle of the sign) cabinet signs are not allowed. 3. Revise the sign to only have 3 colors including white and black. There are 4 colors shown on the signs of the 15L submission. 4. Revise the sign plan to specify that all of the pantone equivalent color numbers for each colors utilized. 5. Revise the sign plan to specify the pantone equivalent color numbers for the raceway(s). Please note that any raceway must match the color of the wall behind it. 6. Revise the sign plan to include the width of any outlines around letters (such as the outline of the text in the logo). 7. Provide a scale for the sign plan sheet with dimensions. Ensure that the signs shown are scalable at that dimension. Specify if the section of the sign with the logo/graphic will be lit, and if so will it be internally lit like the channel letters. If the section of the sign with the logo/graphic is internally lit then its background should be opaque. Specify which portion of the section of the sign will be opaque. Please respond by email within 15 days of the date of this letter indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions. Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60-day review period associated with your original submittal. If you choose to complete the revisions, please email the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this letter shall be presumed to be a request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions.
