Block 15 Phase 1
Dear Mr. Brockman:
We received your bond inspection request for Block 15 Phase 1. This bond is currently valued at
$41,480. The bond cannot be reduced or released at this time. See attached inspection/reduction from
1/9/17, and ensure everything is completed/provided.
In addition to that inspection/reduction dated 1/9/17 a field visit was completed on 7/26/19. The site
appears satisfactory. The only missing items are paperwork, files, etc. It appears some items may have
been grouped together with SUB2014000196. Please provide the items separately to keep each file
clean.
