Attach a separate sheet if necessary. The proposal includes the removal of two existing spec homes that front Rt. 250 on Hunter's Way. The existing homes will be replaced with a two-story mixed -use building with a basement to include a coffee shop and hardware store. The new structure will relate to the newly constructed auto repair shop, located at the back of the parking lot. Applicants are encouraged to maintain duplicate copies of all submittal items in their own files. • Only complete application packages will be scheduled for ARB review. The application package is not complete without the appropriate checklist, completed, signed, and included with the required submittal materials indicated on the checklist.
