Hi Cameron,
I didn't make the comment earlier, but you did (#17). In addition to the new forest&open space easement they will
need to show the SWM facility easement(not shown on this plat, but was on the original plat-SUB201700080), and
record it with the SWM deed. I'll update my comments in cv.

• Include New Forest Open Space easement in title in addition to the other easements mentioned
• Provide the source DB/PG reference(s)for this plat
• List date of the field survey
Sheet P5—
• Drainage easement off of Franklin St. is correctly labeled as public. Remove 'Public'from the other drainage
easement labels; Not needed.
• Fix 'Easment' misspelling for the Forest Open Space label.
Sheet PG—
• ACSA sanitary easement extends thru RWSA property, and will need to provide evidence of agreement
