The following are responses to the comments in your letter dated July 18, 2018. 1. [14-428] A Minor Site Plan Amendment for SDP200800061 has been submitted for review. 2. [18-26.5(C)] Refer to Note 15 on Sheet 1. Street trees have been added to the road plans. Road Plans have been submitted under separate cover. Please note that VDOT approved the road plans, but then agree that the 150' centerline radius of the existing road would be acceptable due to the.minimal Average daily traffic. The road plans have been revised to eliminate the re-alignment of the existing road. 3. [14-428] Refer to Note 13 on sheet 1 4. [comment] Refer to Note 13 on sheet 1. 5.
