This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated September 13, 2019. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following
modification to SDP1999-118, depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
1. Placement of two (2) pre -manufactured vault toilet facilities on parcel, including grading,
sidewalks and landscaping.
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. A
total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission
in the form of a site plan amendment application.

Vault Toilets at Walnut Creek Park
This is to request a Letter of Revision to allow two new premanufactured vault toilets to be install in the
locations identified on the GIS views attached to this document. Work will include excavating for the vault,
grading around the structure, sidewalks and landscaping.

The Application for LOR and 2 print outs of GIS view of the proposed area for the new vault toilets are
attached.
