Here is the ARB action letter from the site plan review last year. Since that time,we have been working with Worrell, Martha Jefferson Hospital and Monticello to create building designs that are amenable to all of those stakeholders. Before we go too much further with our designs,we wanted to get feedback from the ARB. Because we have had a formal review,would that qualify us for a work session? Here is the ARB application—note that the Concept Plan/Advisory Review is the first category under"Review by the Architectural Review Board"and has no associated fee—and here is the checklist. The filing deadline schedule can be found here. Has this project undergone an Initial Site Plan review already?What is the proposed scope of work?What is the equivalent submission to the SRC? I'm not familiar with this project at all,so if it requires an Initial Site Plan for the SRC, you must also submit an Initial or a Preliminary Site Plan for the ARB. If the work requires a Major Amendment to the existing Final Site Plan,then a Final is all that is required by the ARB and the above paragraph is the right direction. Lastly, if the scope of work is only for the building and does not require a site plan, please clarify.
