Oak Hill Convenience Store. The following changes have been made in response to your comments: 1. Provide offsite topography that extends at least fifty(50)feet outside the site. Supplemental topography from Albemarle County GIS is now included. 2. Show and label blue line (watercourse) feature shown on County GIS system. Identify as ditch, intermittent stream, or perennial stream. Provide date of Engineer's site visit to identify and evaluate characteristics of the existing topographic drainage feature. The watercourse line is now labeled as an intermittent stream. The date of the latest site visit was added to the cover sheet under the `Source of Boundary and Topo'section. 3. Provide sight lines on SR 875 (Country Green Road)for design speed limit. Sight distance lines are now shown Sheet C5. 4. Show existing and proposed sewer and drainage facilities. The existing drainfield is now shown. There will be no changes to the sewer system. Proposed drainage facilities shown on Sheet C5. 5. Show existing and proposed utilities and easements. The plans call for concrete to cover the storage tanks. The detail is located on Sheet C9. 7. Provide wheel stops for the twelve (12) 9'x18' parking spaces. The sidewalk in that location is 6.5'wide; therefore wheel stops are not required. 1 C ♦ 8. Indicate area to be dedicated as SWM Facility Easement.
