Below is a list of the enclosures in this package. • One (1) copy of the Emerson Commons dated February 20,2015 Engineer's Summary of Site Plan Revisions • Updated building layouts. • Minor grading changes near buildings to accommodate architectural revisions to building shapes. • Public BMP Access/ Maintenance easement was revised to be located in the pavement for approach to Bioretention instead of in grass area. • Added 20' utility easement for water and sewer up to buildings. • Adjusted water and sewer to be within 20' utility easement. • Lowered sewer slightly to accommodate basements. • Adjusted pump station elevations in accordance with lower sewer. o No changes to Force Main. bej • Replaced single water meter with two water meters. • The neighbors frc* Parkview/Halcyon (represented by Steve Melton), requested additiona' ' screening along Parkview Drive.
