Graham,
Please add a title over the shore protection detail on Sheet 3 to match what it is called elsewhere in the plans—nowhere
is it referred to as the name of that detail (rename this to be riprap outlet section at Moores Creek?)... and then in the
lower left window on sheet 7 also reference this detail on sheet 3, not just sheet 6...
Other than that,this will cover it.

Good morning Emily,
I've attached the revised sheet 7 showing your requested riprap channel section/detail. For your convenience, I have
highlighted and bubbled the addition in red.Also,following our submittal the owner of the property reviewed the plan
and noticed two tiny errors.These two areas appear on sheet 3. I've attached this revised sheet as well,and have
bubbled in red the text edits.With your permission, I would like to provide you with this updated sheet to insert into
your plan as well.The owner wants to remove all doubts concerning the previously shown underground detention
system.The only changes to this sheet are the two text edits.
And lastly, I will be out of the office tomorrow. If you have 5 minutes to spare this morning for this final blessing, I will
coordinate the submittal of these sheets and the SWPPP documents this afternoon before I depart.

I just noticed there is only one copy of the SWPPP in my files. Can you also provide another copy of the SWPPP book? (I
have 2 copies of the half size sheets—but I will need the revised sheet for those as well).

+ Frank, I cannot tell you enough how great of a turnaround you and your staff have done in the short amount of time you
have been there. Kudos to you, and everyone else under your supervision.Also, I've had similar experiences working

Graham,
I reviewed the plans with Frank yesterday. Please provide a detail and a section of the proposed rip-rap channel on the
plans. These are on page 3 and 6 of your adequate outfall pages in the SWM calculations packet, but they need to be on
the plan sheets. You can send me 4 copies of the sheet with these details,and I will insert/replace them into the sets I
currently have. Once I receive them,the plans can be conditionally approved pending the deed/plat and we will add a
note under the approval stamp that states"Approval relies on Responsible Engineer Certification". This is because we
need to ensure that the channel is built according to the plans.
As always, let me know if you have any questions.
FYI -Our building doesn't have power right now,so I might not be able to respond quickly to anything today.
