You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness for the wall signs,directional signs,menu boards and associated items as illustrated in the attached drawings. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments,materials,samples, and other submittal items presented. Please note the following: 1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. 2. Zoning, building,and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor.
