This overall project was known by two names, Earlysville Business Park and Drillers Lane.
Earlysville Business Park represented the site plan and the WPO. Drillers Lane represented the
subdivision plat and the road plan. These projects were reviewed simultaneously. See below for a
list of application numbers for these plans. Due to the various application types being review
simultaneously, email correspondence sometimes covered multiple review types. I've tried my
best to consolidate all correspondence for this application in this file; however, for all
correspondence on this project please review the following files.

We've been waiting on approvals of the WPO,the Road Plan, and the Final Plat.The final plat approval just happened
this week. Thus it appears all we are waiting on is a revision from Tim Miller that provides all the recorded deed book
page ref information for the easements and lots associated with the site plan(see comment#9 below). Once he adds this
information to the site plan,have him submit 4 signed copies for my approval and we are finished with this project.

Mr.Perez:
As requested, I have reviewed the site plan (2/20/18) for the proposed subdivision,
boundary line changes, and easements. Our office has recently issued a certification
letter for the proposed drainfield area shown on Sheet 2, which will serve the new office
building on Lot 2. While the specific drainfield capacity and design may change once a
septic system construction permit is applied for, the area identified has been certified to
meet the Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations for sewage disposal.
