Below are responses to the comments in your letter dated December 6, 2018. One copy of the plans has been submitted to Shawii Maddox and David James. The Owner has decided to reduce the size of the parking area, number of employees, and number of company vehicles. PLANNING— CHRIS PEREZ 1. [32.7.9(a)] Landscape Screening. • Refer to C-201 and 1/C-300. A 6' foot wood fence has been added to the plans. 2. [4.12.19] Dumpster Pads • Refer to 10/C-300. The dumpster has been added to the detail. Dimensions for the pad were provided on the previous submittal. 3. [Comment] If the fence impedes the 2' overhang. • Refer to 1/C-300. Note 1 has been added to the detail. 4. [Comment] must show improvements on TMP 31-2ID. • Refer to 2/C-204. Existing channel, existing level spreader, and new easements for TMP 31-21D have been added to the plans. 5. [Comment] continue the 10' gravel access road. • Refer to C-202. 10' gravel access has been added to the plans. 6. [Comment] revise sheet 1, note 1 to reference minor site plan amendment. • Refer to C-001. Note 1. has been revised. All sheet titles are showing Minor Amendment 7. [4.20] Setbacks • Refer to C-00.1. Building setbacks have been added to the plans. 8. [4.16] Parking • Refer to C-001. Parking calculations have been revised. 9. [Comment] plat approval and recordation prior to site plan approval. Please provide the deed of dedication for County Attorney review and approval. • Comment noted. 10. [Comment] VSMP Approval prior to site plan approval. • Comment noted. • Page 1 ENGINEERING— DAVID DAMES 1. VSIVIP amendment to be approved prior to this site amendment. • Comment noted. 2. Cover sheet—the project# is SDP20.1800076. • Refer to C-001. Project# has been revised. 3. Show 6"curb between sidewalk and parking space. • Refer to C-202. Parking spaces have been revised. 6" curb is provided FIRE AND RESCUE—SHAWN MADDOX 1. Knox box required on new building. • Refer to C-20.1. Note has been added to the building. 2. If the building is greater than 30' in height this will change the unobstructed travel way requirement. • Building height is less than 30' 3. A fire lane must be marked to allow for emergency apparatus tun around. . • Refer to C-201. Painted curb and no parking signs have been added. Please let me know if you need additional information.
